This website describes gostatus, an uptime monitoring service, and lets you join its waiting list. Nothing is sold here and there is no account to create on this site.
Access to the gostatus service is currently by invitation only. These terms cover this website and the waiting list. They do not cover use of the service itself.

gostatus is a goBird product. This website, gostatus.io, is operated by GoBird OÜ, a private limited company incorporated in the Republic of Estonia.

In these terms, "goBird", "we", "us" and "our" mean GoBird OÜ. "You" means anyone who visits this website.
Scope
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
This website exists to explain what gostatus does and to collect interest ahead of launch. It carries no offer, no price and no contractual commitment. Nothing published here is a binding offer, and nothing here obliges us to provide, continue or maintain the service, or to invite anyone from the waiting list.
The waiting list
Joining the waiting list means giving us your email address so we can confirm your place and tell you when access is available. It does not create an account, a contract for the service, or a right to use it.
You can leave the waiting list at any time by writing to [email protected]. How we handle your address is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Descriptions of the service
The pages on this site describe what the gostatus service does. They are a summary for orientation, and features may change before the service opens to the public. Example values shown on this site, such as response times or check results, are illustrations and not measurements.
Content
The text, layout, source code, and the gostatus and goBird names and logos are owned by GoBird OÜ or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You may read this site, print it, link to it, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not reproduce the site as a whole, present our material as your own, or use our names or logos in a way that suggests an association, endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
Names and logos of third-party services shown on this site, such as the chat and incident tools gostatus sends alerts to, belong to their owners. They are used only to describe what gostatus works with and do not imply endorsement.

This site links to other goBird websites and may link to third parties. We do not control websites we do not operate and are not responsible for their content, their terms, or how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement.
Availability and accuracy
We keep this site accurate and current as best we can, but we publish it as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We may change, move or remove any part of it at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Estonian law, GoBird OÜ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on information published on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, in particular liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or for death or personal injury. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date shown at the top is when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia.
If something goes wrong, write to us first. Almost everything is settled that way. Disputes that cannot be settled between us are heard by Harju Maakohus (Harju County Court) in Tallinn.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of court does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of your country of residence, and you keep the right to bring proceedings there.
